  Can I make reservations over the phone for the plans listed on your website?

  Unfortunately, we can only provide telephone rates, so if you wish to stay at the rates listed on our website, we ask that you make your own reservation.

  How can I change or cancel my reservation?

  Please log in to each reservation site and cancel your reservation. If you are unable to cancel, please contact us by phone.

  How can I confirm my reservation?

  Normally, we will send a reservation completion email to the email address you registered when making the reservation, so please check the details of your reservation.

  Is there a cancellation fee?

  Cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
  No-show/no-arrival without notice: 100% of accommodation fee
  On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
  However, the cancellation policy may differ depending on the plan you have applied for. Please check the cancellation policy when making your reservation.

  Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations via email. Please make reservations by phone or through our website.

  Please apply by phone, through our website or various travel sites (Rakuten Travel, Jalan.net).

  Can I make a reservation on the same day?

  Yes, it is possible. There is a same-day discount (500 yen off).
