  Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

  You can store your luggage from the day of your stay.
  After check-out, we will keep your luggage until 23pm on the same day.

  Check-in will be late.

  Last check-in is at 29:30.

  Can I bring small children with me?

  Yes, you can. With the family plan, you will receive free sleepover items for your children.

  Do you have room service?

  Unfortunately, we do not offer room service. Thank you for your understanding.

  Is there a hotel curfew?

  You can enter and exit the facility 24 hours a day, but the door will be locked after midnight, so please contact the front desk via the intercom.

  Can I extend my check-out time?

  Late check-out: Yes.
  Time: Until 12:XNUMX. After that, please contact us.
  Fee: Can be extended for an additional hour (full accommodation fee after 1pm)

  What if I leave something behind in my room?

  The storage period is three months. If we do not hear from you within three months, we will discard the information.
