[Reducing physical strain with low-temperature baths]
By slowly entering a low-temperature sauna at around 70°C, nervous activity calms down, tension is released, and nervous activity gradually transitions from an active state to a calm state, enhancing the relaxation effect. The sauna at our facility can be adjusted to the temperature from 70 to 100°C by yourself, so you can enjoy the sauna at your preferred temperature without worrying about those around you.

[Don't miss out on the loyly] We have installed the Finnish sauna manufacturer "HARVIA". Finns don't call a sauna a sauna without loyly... Pour water on the stones and relax at a comfortable temperature.

We believe that cooling down at a temperature that feels a little cold to you is the least stressful for the body, so instead of providing a cold bath, we have provided a shower with adjustable temperature. Many people say that after a hot sauna, they should have a cold water bath, but many people feel that this puts a strain on their body. The thickness of the skin is different for each person. The temperature that feels cold is also different for each person. Cool down comfortably at your preferred temperature.
