いつもSAKURA GARDEN HOTELをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、弊社が使用する予約管理システム「手間いらず」において、お客様の個人情報が外部に漏洩した可能性があることが判明いたしました。多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

現時点で確認されている範囲では、以下の条件すべてに該当する予約の一部について、予約者様に不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認しております。

お客様におかれましては、弊社や宿泊施設を名乗る不審な連絡（メールやSMS等）を受信された際、次の点に十分ご注意いただくようお願いいたします。

万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。
なお、本事象の原因となったシステムではクレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、保有しておりません。

We are writing to inform you that unauthorized access to Temairazu, a reservation management system used by our property, has been confirmed. As a result, personal information associated with some guest reservations may have been exposed to an unauthorized third party. We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this may cause.

Based on the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests whose reservations meet both of the following conditions:

If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from our property or a booking platform, whether by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another channel, please take the following precautions:

If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly. The Temairazu system involved in this incident does not process or store credit card information.

We sincerely apologize again for the concern and inconvenience this incident may cause.
